The owners of Settler’s Creek Apartments were interested in updating the look of the only entrance. The current landscape lacked the flair for design seen in the interior of the leasing office and apartments. Orange is a signature color of Riverstone, the parent company, and they wanted a modern design with flashy colors to catch the eye of local young professionals. PDG incorporated modern aesthetics, including geometric planting styles, structural plants and the vibrant orange red commonly used by Riverstone.
